And here’s the best part — we pay you a promotion fee once the agreement is signed. From that moment, we take on all the cost, risk and responsibility of promoting your land, managing every element of the planning process on your behalf.
SITE DESIGN PROPOSAL
Our in-house design team then prepares a proposal that maximises the value of your land. Drawing on our experience in land development and of small-scale sites, we consider every factor — from local context and viability to market demand and sale potential — to create a scheme that is attractive, achievable and commercially sound.
PLANNING PERMISSION
Our in-house planning specialists manage the entire application, coordinating and funding all required surveys, consultants and technical reports. As experienced land promotion specialists, we work meticulously to minimise risk and identify any issues that could affect your land’s value. While planning permission is never guaranteed, we explore every viable route — including appeals or revised submissions — to give your site the strongest possible chance of success.
MARKETING & LAND SALE
Once planning consent is secured, we handle the full marketing and sale process.
